I couldn’t say better things about James at JJ Quality Builders of The Palm Beaches. I need a new roof and I saw that this company has great reviews online but when I called he said that they don’t service my area in Miami but he would be happy to help by giving me advice about the roof. He spent 30 minutes on the phone with me giving me such great advice about how I should choose my roofer and what to look for in terms of the scope of work. He sent me his email address so that I could forward him all of the estimates that I received so that he could let me know which the best estimate was. He was SO helpful in our decision making process even though he isn’t making any money off of our job. I really appreciate James and would definitely recommend him to anyone in the Palm Beach area. He sounds extremely knowledgeable and is very responsive!!!
